We celebrated Adeline's 2nd birthday yesterday at the new house with family. It was our first get together in the house and we had a great time! A HUGE thank you to Blaker and my dad for getting the deck done in time for the big day! Adeline had tons of fun with her cousins and we wanted to thank everyone for coming and helping us celebrate with our sweet girl!

I have been slacking as a wife lately by not bragging about my hubby's recent graduation. So here it is. 

Blaker finally graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine on June 12! I am so very proud of him and all his hard work over the past 4 years. Not only did he have to complete it while being married, he also became a father in the middle of it. Not to mention a father of 2 when he was done! He never stopped being an amazing husband and never let me forget how much I was loved even though school took him away from me quite a bit. Of course we had our ups and downs, but I believe these past 4 years have only made us stronger and made us love and appreciate each other more and more. I am so blessed to call him mine and have such an amazing father for my children.

After all that said, congratulations Dr. Lloyd!! We love you so much and couldn't be more proud of you! Here are some pics from his graduation weekend.

Yesterday was our sweet girl's 2nd birthday. We can't believe how fast the time has flown by. We started our day by making pancakes for breakfast then playing with little brother until mommy figured out what to do next. Adeline loves Sumburger (like her mommy) so we loaded up and headed to town. Luckily Nanny had come over to see the birthday girl, so she helped us get ready. We were met there by Papaw, Grammy, Grampy, and Daddy surprised our princess during his lunch break! After we got home Adeline got to help make her cupcakes. She had a lot of fun and didn't even make a big mess! Since daddy was still at work and he had to go to Columbus after work, we decided to go to Nanny and Papaw's so Adeline could play with Carly, Claire, and Catie. They played in the kiddie pool (nanny and papaw need a bigger pool) and ran through the octopus sprinkler until it started to storm. Adeline had a blast with her cousins. After dinner, the girls decorated the cupcakes we had made earlier in the day. All 5 kids (including Oliver) got baths and we waited for daddy to come pick us up. Thankfully, Adeline fell asleep on the way home because our electric had gone out during the storm. It was a fun day for our special girl and we look forward to celebrating with family on Sunday!
