I suppose that most of you are wondering how we fell off of the face of the Earth without some sort of obituary, I'm here to tell you that we actually are alive and we're coming back with a vengeance because there are a lot of pictures to be posted.  Most of you know already that I am a huge slacker who doesn't really do much of anything and I've managed to keep that going pretty well but I've been hearing some complaints from my fans asking, no, begging me to post something great.  I'm here for you guys so read it and love it.
The past month has been a bit busy for our family.  I'll try my best to give you an idea of what has been going on.
To start with, we decided to do some camping at the great Paint Creek Lake.  I know, I know.....it's like camping in my backyard growing up but this was actually the first time I had ever been there to camp.  It was pretty fun though.  We took our tent and had a great night's sleep.
Just like staying at a DoubleTree or Hilton or something I'm sure.  If I ever stay at one of those I'll tell you for so that an accurate comparison may be made.  Before breakfast Adeline decided it was probably time to dominate the playground and that's exactly what she did.
Later on that day we decided to go on a short hike......two hours, four miles, and two swollen ankles for Joe King later our short hike was over.  Adeline took that time as an invitation to nap and make my back sweat.
The hike really took it out of some of our crew but Adeline basically only worked up an appetite since she spent half of the hike snoozing.  The next 20 minutes were spent showing Ellie how to raid a fridge.
After that Adeline decided that she would practice her architectural skillz with her blocks so she built this pretty cool structure in her sleep.
I was pretty impressed.  Bailey was not.
Then came the birthday party but I'll get to that tomorrow.
Here is a sneak peak.....I've got some talented sisters!
(hint: it actually says "Adeline" not "deli" as it reads in the picture.)
Thanks Megan!

Thanks Erin!
